Dirk has consulted to senior leaders of Arkin, Barry-Callebaut, Beiersdorf, Falck Group, LeasePlan, Nutreco, Rabobank, Randstad, Shell and Unilever among others. During 2002-2005 he guided the CEO/Executive Board transition phase and the related corporate restructuring at Heineken. He is fluent in Dutch, English, French and German.

Martijn Sjoorda

 

Martijn has been fascinated by how relationships and dynamics work between people since his youth. David Ogilvy, the godfather of strategic marketing, has also strongly influenced his deep interest for future visioning and entrepreneurship. He focuses his professional practice on the human dynamics of change. As an independent consultant and trainer, he worked intensively with the life changing work of his mentor David Kantor, the master of family therapists. While working with large corporate clients such as Unilever, Nuon, Lucent and Deloitte, Martijn further developed a consulting practice that works on the intersection of strategy, leadership and getting things done. Martijn speaks six languages and works in Dutch, English, German, French, Italian and Spanish.

Manon has been fascinated by how  things  (don’t) work between people since a very long time.  She deeply believes that change in this society of increasing complexity requires a different approach in order to be successful. In an organization, only the people can make the difference. So result focused employee engagement is crucial to realize the strategic ambitions. She is inspired by a successful soccer trainer, who showed her what it takes to create a winning team: crack the DNA code, shift the rules and change the game. By ‘unlocking’ the real value in teams and connecting people, an organization is able to create rapid change to accelerate growth and to become a healthier place to work. Manon has consulted to leaders of Rabobank,  Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Nuon, Alliander, DSM among others.
